MP Cargo Services CC was established in 2004 to continue to meet the need in offering a comprehensive delivery and collection service throughout the regions and outlying areas.
Although like all new beginnings the business started small with a few exclusive clients and subsequently has grown to serving many satisfied customers.
Management have had extensive experience in serving the courier and transport industry having been in executive positions in previously successful company's practicing a similar strategy. Our motto is “We keep your wheels turning”, and to this end, we strive to ensure that our clients see us as an extension of their business. We do not try to reinvent the wheel but continue to keep the momentum.
We pride ourselves in keeping things as simple and cost effective as possible to ensure a maximum efficiency.
Service Levels
Our market is to offer the industry a sound service into the regional and outlying areas, with as little stress as possible. Our route guide will indicate certain times and durations for various areas, these times are based upon allowing adequate allowances for complications pertaining to such areas.We operate with our own fleet. We endeavor to provide a next day service to all our Regional Main centers and larger towns. In regards to some of the far outlying areas we accumulate the freight and service the area on dedicated days of the week.
Communication is the vital link to a sound flow in concluding our service and keeping our clients happy.
Operations
Our team is diligent and communicates with exception reports on any freight which encounters complications.We obtain verbal confirmations as and when requested and follow up on early deliveries to be on top of potential problems.
We serve many destinations and effectively cover these areas with our network of vehicles.
Insurance
We have Good in Transit Insurance covering a Value of R3.5M per conveyance. We also offer Freight Guard at R15.00 per waybill, this is optional to our clients.Standard Trading Conditions
